Some of the best chocolate, came nice, not melted together in a big block, I guess it depends on where you live and what time of the season you order it, keep that in mind when ordering, taste is awesome, melts flawlessly, silky and smooth

Best chocolate for pastries and confectionary

Although quite expensive, these chips are wonderful for baking and for making hot chocolate. They melt so smoothly. What was less smooth was the handling and delivery. They were packed in a big box with other items and no padding. The bag came puckered and with indentation of other items poking into it. It didn't pierce the bag, but it was close. It did not arrive as the pristine bag in the photos. As a tip, avoid ordering these chips if the temperature in your area will cause them to melt on their journey. They are supposed to be chips, not a solid block. This happened to me last spring.

Good product. As a home baker I find Callebaut chocolate to have the rich, smooth texture and rich cocoa taste often missing in grocery store baking chocolate. Perfect for bon boys, mousse, cakes and cookies and while not cheap, less expensive than Valrhona and Barry.
