started taking this Vitamin D with K2 a few weeks ago, and I’m really happy with it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I like that it combines both nutrients in one. I've taken the whole bottle, and I'm not sure if it's improved my health or benefited me in any way. I haven't noticed anything. Not sure what to expect or what signs to look out for. So who knows! I hear most of the vitamins sold on amazon are rip offs of real products or just flat out scams, so it's a little risky trying anything from here. Who knows what your'e actually ingesting..

Some people say anxiety is coming from the lacking of vitamin D so I buy this supplement and it works very good on me. I take double amount daily. I never feel hard to wake up and sleep after having this. really good product and recommend everyone to try it!

I am amazed. I always had low vitamin D 20 ish. I had used doctor prescribed vitamin D 50000 IU weekly. several times. I used this for 3 weeks(i guess) and happened to take blood test and vola 76.83 (good range is 20-80). I read so many reviews of this product, and I believed and thought give a try. This is really amazing. My household uses Kirkland product 5000 IU only D and no k2. I decided to try this with k2. I am glad I did. I asked my household to switch also.

Great item works great, but it’s hard to tell with vitamin D unless you take it for a long period of time but seems like it’s been working great for me with my inflammation
