Perfect size for our medium sized Dutch oven. Only used the liners once, just use flour now. Good quality, we use them weekly for almost 10 months now with no issues.

I have bought these before but the round ones and I gave it to my friend that uses them to get her egg from her chickens I bought this ones for the same friend not sure what she will do with them this time but they are super cute and very durable

Have already used these two banneton brotform baskets several times for baking artisan bread. With the cloth inserts being throughly flour-coated, the proofed loaves release easily. The cloth is thin enough for the coiled reeds to imprint a very light pattern on the proofed loaf, but the pattern disappears during baking. Removing the cloths and proofing in the bare basket would probably make a more decorative crust. I dry the used baskets with cloths inside before storing them in an insect-proof container for future baking. These work perfectly and are a reasonable price.

They are sturdy . Fit around 2 pounds of dough.It's actually 2 bannetons with 2 linen liners.Now I need to learn hot to avoid sticking.
