Came broken, screw was way too small

The physical placement of the product and secureness of connection to the vent it great. It holds my phone where I just have to glance over for directions vs looking down like many other vent clips. The clip on feature to vent is great as it is very secure and I dont have to worry about the mount coming off the vent. However, the issue I have is with the strength of the magnet. After a few minutes of driving my phone starts to gradually twist down and if i hit even a small speed bump, my phone falls off the mount. I have a different mount (different brand) where this is not a problem, so I don't believe the issue is with the magnet in my phone case.

This is the first of four vent mounted phone holders I’ve owned over the years that actually clamps on a vent so that it doesn’t work it’s way off. Instead of relying on a spring and friction, the clamp has a c shaped end that grabs the back edge of a vent cross piece. It WILL NOT come off without pressing the release lever. The magnet mount is strong enough and sticks out the perfect amount. I’m impressed and pleased with the mount and recommend it.

Magnet works well however doesn’t stay in my vent very well and tend to fall off throwing my phone in the process.

Magnet is sufficiently strong. It would be preferable if the lower support bracket were wider so it braces better against the dash.
