Does it remove human hair balls from carpet or just stop hair collecting around the rollers?

I have cancer so one of the issues as you can imagine is hair loss. So far it has been superb and replaced my Dyson. Hope this helps☺

When folded, what is the height from floor to folded end?

I’ve just measured mine folded - 27 inches or 68.5cm to the floor.

Is this as good as the pet version

Hi. So far, it is picking up all the pet hair very well. I have a golden retriever who sheds a lot. This Shark has definitely helped. The best part is the anti hair wrap. Though, have been using it since just about a month. Let’s see if it still remains that good with the performance after a few months.
