I've been taking Rhizocol for over a month now and its been a great help for my Chrons symptoms. AfIter the first week I noticed some mild improvements but going into the 3rd week I could tell that this supplement was definitely working to improve my gut. After a month all my Chrons symptoms have improved so this is now my go to treatment. If you're suffering from Chrons or other IBD I suggest you give it a try.

Add this to your arsenal for the fight against inflammation - bowel disorders. Its not a one stop shop go to item ;it works best when you already have an established protocol. It's composed of basic nutrients; like ginger and blueberry that do help somewhat. Takes time to really be influential.The main drawback with this product (for me) was taking as directed. It's 6 pills twice a day and if your stomach is upset and you already feel nausea etc that amount seems overwhelming. You may split up the pills or take them with food but for me when iam in that state I don't want to eat either. The ginger has a super dominant aspect and it came up in my chest and created a burning feeling that resembled acid reflux. It's fairly expensive as well for being composed of basic nutrients with no medicinal element.

This is a great gut health supplement, but the serving size is definitely a little strange. The recommended serving is 6 capsules: a whopping 4350mg per serving.It's a proprietary blend of ginger, blueberry extract, and turmeric extract.I find the dosage to be too high, and actually take just 3 of these per serving. That's still probably 1000mg+ of ginger powder, which is plenty. I find more ginger than that per serving gives me heartburn, so I prefer keeping my ginger consumption to alongside meals and not exceeding a certain amount.The quality is good, and this works well for improving gut health. But I wish they disclosed more about the blueberry extract and curcumin extract. These don't appear to be standardized extracts, which is very important in understanding their efficacy and how much to take of them.

The color is an odd brown/orange. I have ordered these more than once and thet are always blue. Im a bit afraid to take them and there's no refunds or replacements offered.

I ordered these supplements as I struggle with digestion and gut health. It includes ingredients like turmeric, blueberries, ginger, which feels like a win for me. The capsules are large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills these may not be for you. I have taken these several times and like to *think* they work with regulating some of my GI issues. Good value and immensely large bottle; mostly I like that the supplements are flavorless.
