So far not good! Charged it (the light was green on the bottom) and nothing happened. Decided to plug it in again the light was red!? Waited til it was green and again didn't work. Thought I would try again but then noticed that the metal part of the charger was still in the plug!?! And the back plug started to split and fall apart. Worse, I have to return the broke item and no option for a replacement was made like sometimes? I was going to order the same one because I like the feel of the product and the box it came in. However, now I think I will look at the other products. :(If I do end up buying this again and this one was only a lemon, I will update this comment if it ends up being good! :)

Takes out black heads.. but also gives me hickis on my face. Loll not good for fair/sensitive skin

Did not work very well for me. And left a hickie looking mark near my mouth

Bought this for my wife and she loved it! Highly recommended, great pressure system that pulls the top dirt/grease out of the pores without a problem.

Don’t buy! The head of the product broke off while using. So mad

It sucks to hard and leaves red marks on my face.

Used the lowest setting and I have bruises in lines across my nose and chin...will not use this again. Hoping my skin isn’t permanently damaged. Don’t buy this product.

For the microdermabrasion/exfoliating effect, it’s very good. For getting stuff out of your pores, you’d do just as well with a blackhead removal tool.
