I purchased the 10000 BTU portable AC. I'm always concerned about ordering large appliances online for delivery, however the unit arrived quickly and the box and unit was in excellent shape.Very easy to set up and operate. I did not even need to read the instructions. Self explanatory.The long piece designed to fit in the window did not fit any window. Without the "slider" it was too short, with the "slider" it was too long. Easy fix. I put it in the window without the slider and used a piece of styrofoam from the shipping container to fill the small void. Not the most aesthetically pleasing set up, but it servers its purpose.Pulls humidity from the air in "dry" mode and cools the room, blows ice cold air in cool mode.Just received today, so I'll update the review should I experience any issues.So far, very pleased

Instead of adding a second roof unit for our 5th wheel, which would be $1800. We thought we would give this a try. We put it in the upstairs area and it is working perfectly. The old saying cold enough to hang meat applies. At a savings of $1500.00. The vent pipe included works perfect also.

This Ac unit has been terrible. I bought the insurance but now Amazon doesn’t show record of it. It has had issues with not draining properly, not getting cool enough, just blinking and shutting off all the time, and now not working to cool at all. It literally blows hot air not cool. I’m very disappointed that our summer is going to be too hot now… I’d mark zero if I could.

Just set it up. Everything seems fine, but marked one star off because would it kill them to put in batteries for the remote when you spend that much….
