Why are you charging twice as much as Walmart?

Want so badly to use this product

The product is amazing! Just a couple of days with the patch and I had less frequency and less urgency due to bladder spasms. Within two weeks I slept thru the night. Normally I'm up to the bathroom 4 to 5 times every night. The one draw back with this product is that the adherent on the patch caused severe contact dermatitis for me with red, raised rash and "pimples" wherever I wore the patch.
