For various trackwidth & a fixed position Etrack rail, does it matter if the rubber blocks are set on the inside or outside ede of the tire?

I center them on tire but as long as they are tight at don't matter as long as strap is straight over an around tire..

Is the end with the ratchet permanently attached to an E-track ring or a hook?

Hi there, The end with the ratchet is attached to an E-Track ring. Let me know if you have any questions. Best regards, Becky

Are e-tracks encluded
