It tastes good and helps with dehydration problems. Since I started taking this drink during hot days of tennis, I've felt more refreshed and less tired. Tends to clump a bit during humid days but is easy to break up into powder. I've been using Rebound for a few years now and have no complaints but it is a bit on the expensive side tho not any more than an equivalent number of bottled or canned drinks.

This is really good stuff. It gives you a boost when you are bottoming out and also gets you ready for the gym before workout. I was a little skeptical, but having tried many preworkout supplements, some that keep you up all night, I decided to give it a shot. My fiancée and I love it!! This product had the opposite effect from what I had expected. I felt fine before taking it, but since I'm packing and getting ready to move, I thought an energy supplement might help me get through the next few days. However, instead of energy and alertness, this product makes me feel so tired and woozy, I can barely function. I've tried it twice now with the same results. I just want to go lay down. Throwing it it the trash.

If you want more energy without all of the sugar additives, this is a powder you have got to check out. This tastes great when you add ice to the drink, and you can take this with the osteofx for a great tasting drink to get you going in the morning.
