Fantastic product! Great company. Works as a stabilizer for Creami recipes!
I LOVE this stuff! The quality I expect from Bob's Red Mill. Use with the Creami- I use it as a stabilizer for my Creamis! Makes low fat/sugar recipes work! I recommend mixing it 3 parts Guar Gum to 1 part Xanthum gum for the perfect Creami texture. It does require thorough mixing. I add half of the liquid, the gum mix, mini wisk for 5-10 seconds, pour remaining half of liquid, Then shake by hand for 40 seconds!

Got the Ninja Creami, use this and EZ-Gel as my two main binders. Works great to make Oat Milk awesome. Basic recipe is oat milk, Orgain protein powder, guar gum, vanilla, salt. Any mix-in works with that base!
