Looks and smells good, texture is super Duper hard
You would think that if you boil these noodles on high for 15 minutes, it would soften. I even left it in my hot soup base for an additional 10 minutes and it still wouldn’t soften up. I’m an avid noodle lover, and these are worse than organic wheat noodles really wanted this to work and treat myself to a good bowl of Ramen but I guess I’ll have to keep on looking. It’s a good thing I only bought four packs. bathe taste isn’t terrible. It’s just not what you think A noodle would taste like… it two stars but I can’t even eat this, so I just wasted 20+ dollars on 4 packs

Delicious low carb/high protein meal... but disappointing if you need it be exactly like ramen
Flavor pack is A+. Definitely as good as "normal" ramen. As other's have mentioned, the texture of the noodle is not quite right. At first I was disappointed because I wanted to be exactly like the "normal" ramen. But the low carb, high protein, high fiber was worth the noodle not being quite right. But... After eating these for months now, I have to say, I now take them as their own thing. Are they exactly ramen? No. But if you take them as something else, as their own different kind of noodle... actually, they are quite enjoyable. I really look forward to bowl of Immi when I come in after a work out on a cold day and just want to dump some protein into my body. And frankly, they taste great. FWIW... I always throw in some leftover cold chicken, a hand-full of spinach pre-wash, sometimes I poach an egg in the cooking water... Anyway, I love it. The Tom Yum is great too. The garlic chicken is like waaaaaaay too much garlic and basically inedible unless you are a serious garlic fiend.

Noodles bad mouth feel - broth is excellent!
I followed the instructions and made the 3 mon and then the 4 min. Neither had a good mouth feel. It was like chewing on a string, not nodules. on the other hand, the broth was excellent, but not worth the price. If they sold the broth packages separately I MIGHT be tempted. At the price they are charging and the feel/taste of the noodles, I cannot recommend these.

Not Worth the Price
I did not like the taste of these noodles, and I usually like spicy ramen. I passed the extra package on to my son.

A generous portion of ramen, with a not-too-spicy vegan "beef" flavor
This is the second flavor of Immi ramen pouches I've tried (I've also had the Tom Yum Shrimp), and I was thankful I was able to purchase just a single pouch to try each time, before committing to a pricey 6-pack. The calorie count is similar to that of a supermarket "cup ramen", but the amount of noodles is quite generous, easily as much as I would normally see in other brands' 2-serving bricks of ramen. The fat and sodium content are higher than I'd like, but the protein content of the noodles is great, and the seasoning packet has a nice "beef" flavor for a vegan broth, and is just a little spicy (not nearly as much as my sensitive tummy had feared!). I mostly followed the microwave directions (upping the water to 2 cups from the recommended 1 1/2 cups, as I was concerned there wasn't enough liquid to cover the noodles), and the texture and consistency was quite decent (maybe a smidge chewier than supermarket ramen bricks, but still plenty easy to chew without my dentures). I chose to add 2 tablespoons of dehydrated soup veggies to the ramen before adding the liquid & microwaving, and I put a large handful of shredded cheese (my go-to ramen topping, as I almost always have some in the fridge). The total effect was delicious, but I wish I had eaten the ramen a bit faster, as it was cooling off by the time I finished. This was a great way to experiment with Immi ramen, and the spicy "beef" flavor was mild enough that even a spice-sensitive diner like me could enjoy it. If you can afford one of Immi's 6-packs including this flavor, go for it; otherwise, at least try this single pouch of Immi's spicy "beef" ramen, and you might be tempted to spring for a 6-pack next time! Recommended.

Not the ramen we are hoping for.
I really wanted to like this ramen product. The broth is not bad, flavorful, but not spicy. My issue is with the noodles. They taste like fiber, which is probably what they are, but it's not a replacement for the ramen we are wanting. The texture is very chewy and springy, like a rubber band. It takes longer than the package directions for them to get soft. I was really hoping this would be tasty. My hope in writing this review is that they will try to improve the noodle.

Best healthy ramen I have tried
I tried another brand and sent it back because it was terrible. While this doesn’t taste, at least the noodles don’t have the same texture as Ramen. It is really tasty and I’ve gotten used to the chewiness of the Ramen and now I actually love it I add spinach to the broth lots of spinach, as well as just a smidge of chili and garlic and it’s a great meal. In fact, I eat for breakfast probably once a week. Love it! Wish it were a little less expensive as it ends up costing a lot of per meal. Especially when comparing it to other types of noodles. That would be my only criticism, but it doesn’t taste exactly like regular ramen if that’s what you’re looking for but it’s still very good.

HUGE miss in flavor and texture
If you are hoping for traditional, soft noodles, these are not for you. The texture is VERY different from any ramen noodle (or any pasta noodle for that matter) that I have ever tasted. While I was looking forward to the high-protein alternative, I will not be purchasing this variety. I am glad I was able to get a single serving and didn't have to deal with a package of 6 (which is how they are normally sold). The noodles were very firm compared to regular ramen and were not at all smooth in surface texture either. The broth itself wasn't bad, but for the sodium content, I would rather have a $.40-ish package of Maruchan ramen with no protein and great flavor than pay over $6\pkt for this product. A for effort, but please revisit this recipe because there IS a demand
