Wow, gasless MIG wire for stainless that works!
I do mostly carbon steel MIG welding in my home shop for automotive/motorcycle projects. We had a big storm that blew over and broke my brand new stainless steel patio heaters. I didn't want to spend a bunch on $$ to set my MIG machine up for stainless welding buying tri-mix gas for a couple of small welds so I though I would give this a try. It worked great for this simple repair! I don't know if I would be welding stainless counterops with it but for my needs it worked wonderful!

WORKS GREAT ON MY LINCOLN MIG
I ordered this stainless steel MIG wire to finish up some stainless welding that I was having a hard time TIG welding. While I can TIG weld, this welding required me to connect round fittings onto a round drum, and there was a flange in the way. I was having a very hard time getting a good TIG weld, but easily did the job with this stainless wire in my MIG welder. I am not sure how some of you experts are able to easily TIG weld some of these items, you have my respect. Guess I need more practice. A lot more practice.Anyway, this spool of wire worked great, as expected.

Good product but it’s not solid wire
Good product but it’s not solid wireI was looking for salad wire but I didn’t know what I wanted and then I called the welding supply company and it’s really hard to try to figure out what to buy and the man on the phone spent about 20 minutes and I think I understood a little bitBut I ordered some thing that was solid wire and this is hollow but he said Some wires have different carbon or flux in them but I think I got the right wire this time I re-order something else

Worth every penny.
It's not as pretty as a tig welder but I think it will hold up just fine.this is with 75/25 mig mix and a harbor freaight 170 welder.

Worked great for Mig welding stainless exhaust
I used this with my hobart handler 240 to weld a stainless exhaust kit. I ran the head 1 setting lower than my welder suggested and it melted into the exhaust pipe very nicely. The welder was used in 220 mode.

stainless wire
I used this on a stainless exhaust project I was doing and worked perfect for thinner material, some thicker and not only welding stainless to stainless, but also a couple of spots I had to weld stainless to mild steel.

Good product
This wire flowed nicely when welding, with no bind at the reel. Did the job I needed and expected it to do. Priced fairly. Company is from Wisconsin, which matters to me. I'm satisfied.

Skipping in my wire-feed wheel.
To be fair, I don't know if it is the wire or the wheel. I'm using my new Hobart Auto-Arc 130, and the 0.030 - 0.035 grooved side of the wire feed wheel skips on the wire about half the time. Sometimes it comes out great, sometimes it doesn't come out at all. I have yet to try a different brand of wire to see if that helps, but my garage floor is covered in 1'-4' sections of wire that I had to pull out as I adjust the pressure and the wheel in my welder until it finally starts coming out the end of the gun smoothly.
