After few months of use, the backing cloth became brittle. Presently, only the top exists. It lasted only for 22-23 months. Amazon provides only ten days of warranty. There should be proper disclosure of products. Any rating should not be allowed before 18 months. Alternatively, old ratings should be given greater weightage.
