how do you make scramble eggs with this product?

Whisk together 1/2 c powder, 1 c water & 2.5 t oil. Spray nonstick skillet w oil. Heat pan over med heat. Pour in "egg" mixture. As "eggs" begin to set, use a spatula to gently pull the mixture across the pan. Lift and fold until thickened and no liquid remains. Be gentle and do not stir! You can leave it in one piece as an omelette and fold over toppings or break it up for a scrambled version. I have also had success with adding sauted veggies etc while the "egg" is cooking. It takes a bit of experimenting and patience to get it right so I don't suggest trying to feed a crowd on the first try. Enjoy!

Can this product mixed as directed, then be used for baking, such as cakes or breads

They actually have a product specifically for the purpose of baking. I don't recall the name of it

Does the product require refrigeration after opening

No, it does not require refrigeration after opening. I keep mine in my pantry cabinet & it does not spoil.

how many eggs does this substitute?

The whole package is supposed to make the equivalent of 15 eggs; they consider 3 eggs to be a serving, so there are 5 servings in the package.
