It is a full head mask. Decent high quality mask.

It comes very faded. I had to put acrylic paint on it to give the effect I was looking for. Oh, I had to cut half the head off because it does cover entire head so if you have a lot of puffy hair like I do simply cut it. It served it purpose. The holes for the nose are very small. I cut that as well to open more. It easily tears; that's what initiated the cutting. The tears gave a more 3d look tho that's why I'm giving it four stars.

This is a very nice mask! The mask fits all the way around, without a big slit in the back, which I really like. I also really like how the horns are stable enough that I don't have to worry about them caving in or anything.
