Has anyone used this hook to hang a shower caddy in a shared college dorm bathroom? If so, how did it work?

I haven’t used them for hanging a shower caddy but I use them for other things to hang. I have a fairly heavy plant on one right now. The hooks are really good quality, I would only be concerned on how strong the object is that you’re going to hang the hook onto.

Can this hang over 20.lbs. have a wood bucket for wishing well with stones nside?

These hooks are on the thinner side, Id guess they could hold 5-7 lbs securely. I would probably use a thicker more durable hook for something that heavy.

These are well made and sturdy. I used them outside to in a very windy area to sustain a hanging piece. They work very well.

I bought a pack of these for my son's wardrobe to hang his various sports bags. They are strong and easily hold the weight. The only drawback is that we have oval shaped poles and the safety buckle does not fit them. Solved by turning over the buckle and using the clip to hold the bags instead.
