I really like that this is 500 mg. of green tea extract per capsule, standardized to 75% EGCG. The serving size is one capsule, and you get 60 in a bottle, so it's pretty good value for a two-month supply. I like taking these as part of my pre-workout stack. I do wish they would say on the label how much caffeine, if any, is in one of these capsules. Since it doesn't say anything, I'm assuming there is very little or none, but again, I wish I knew for sure. I don't think it would be a high amount in any case, and when I take one, I don't notice caffeine. It's kind of a minor point, but I think with any product that naturally has caffeine in it, it should be stated one way or the other. Other than that, I do think it's a good extract at a fair price.

When you don't want to travel with tea bags you can take these. I try to drink as much green tea as I can for various reasons but can't always make a cup so these are good to take with you. I'm unsure whether they will have as much benefits as the real thing but maybe they're even better than the tea bags I have. My bags don't give me nearly as much info as these little pills do. The bottle provides you with a lot of info. I'm excited to continue taking these. So far so good.

I like the potency. More power of goodness in each & every daily dose IMHO. Easy to take and tolerate with zero bad effects thus far this one is a winner IMHO! 5 stars for perceived initial product quality!

I noticed literally no difference from taking this supplement. The listing said it was helpful for energy, and some of the other reviewers said this as well, so I was hopeful that I could use this as a healthy burst of energy, but I got absolutely no benefit from it. About the only positive thing I can say is there was no bad effect from it either. A lot of times these supplements have effects that are difficult to evaluate, but energy is something you can feel, and I felt nothing.

This green tea supplement is okay if you're someone who drinks green tea every day, especially if you're going to be traveling and might not be able to get green tea on the road. The capsules are easy to swallow, but there is a slight aftertaste. If you like the flavor of green tea, that shouldn't bother you, but if you're only taking this for the benefits because you dislike that taste, then this might not be for you. After taking this supplement for a week, I have noticed zero effects. That means there were no side-effects or interactions with my other daily meds, but at 52 cents/capsule, I expect to experience the energy boost that the label claims this supplement delivers.

However, a certificate of analysis was not posted - a negative for me.The orange-brownish color of the powder in the capsules surprised me at first. It turns out that green tea extract is not actually green. During the extraction process, the molecule responsible for the green color, chlorophyll, is removed, leaving behind a brownish color.
