NespressoVertuo Pop Coffee Pod Machine by Krups, 560 milliliters, Coconut White, XN920140 - International Version - No Nespresso Warranty

I have one of the older Nespresso vertuo, which I use on a daily basis. I bought this one for use at the office. Although it is meant to be smaller, it is actually longer than my old one, just slimmer and shorter. The advantage of the Vertuo is that you can have a mug of coffee with a push of a button, and as I drink black coffee, it was simple to put my travel mug and run the coffee as I do other things. Unfortunately, the Vertuo Pop does not fit taller cups. The drainer makes it even shorter so not sure what the point of having it, as it will only fit short espresso cups. Have to remove it even just for a normal mug. It does look quite bright and cheerful though, and it did work - until it didn't...It stopped working in less than a year (my other machine is more than 3 years old and still going strong). Unfortunately, as it was sold by Amazon UK via Amazon UAE - neither Nespresso or Amazon is going to fix it. So be very aware of this problem and where it was sold from.

استلمت الماكينه في صندوقها وواضح انه تم فتحه سابقا. من الواضح انها مستعمله. يظهر ذلك من وجود رطوبة ماء تحت الخزان. ووجود كبسوله قد ازيل غلافها في علبة الكبسولات المستعمله. كنت اتمنى على الاقل يتم تنظيف الماكينه قبل ارسالها. وان يتم كتابة "مستعمل" في الوصف.
