It’s like having another set of hands
I just used it It’s better than using a roll of duct tape I changed out my sights and it was perfect for the job

Excellent block for pistols.
Used it once and seems to work well for pistols. Would buy again.

More stable on the table
I used to use a block of wood with a hole in it or a roll of duct tape to punch pins out. This does the same thing but I feel it's more stable while working.

Works for me
I'm no gunsmith, but I assembled a slide for the first time recently and ordered this bench block to make the project go more smoothly. It did just that. It's the only bench block I've ever used, so I have no basis for comparison, but it was definitely a valuable addition to my project, worth every penny.
