They fit
I have an older Phillips Sonic toothbrush & do not want to buy a new one. These brushes fit it and do the work. The noise level has never bothered me. I have a relatively small mouth & these brushes clean my teeth very well.

Fit older Sonicare.
One star off because they are a little stiff but work perfectly with my old Sonicare. The bristles do get softer use but I had to be careful initially not to irritate my gums.

Work well but don't hold up well.
My experience with these was that they initially work well but do not last for 3 months, one lasted 1 week, some last a couple weeks, some 6 weeks. The problem being that the head stops vibrating properly from reduced vibration to almost no vibration. On the one with almost no vibration I noticed one of the metal pieces in the head that connects to the magnet assembly was loose; the bond had completely failed. I'm guessing the others that have reduced vibration have bonds in the head that are failing but are not completely broken. The bristles seem fine and look like they would last if the rest of it did.
