Surprisingly great quality and use, not perfect but pretty dang close to my Focusrite 2i2. Very easy to use, simple, and records and sounds great!

Works as intended
I had to replace the USB cable as it kept disconnecting at the unit..but other than that it works as intended and quality is good.

The USB connector makes this unusable. Edit (Might have a Tojan virus involved)
The USB connection on this device is faulty and just by moving the device will cause the audio to drop out. That at first wasn't really a big deal for me. OK I thought just don't move the device to much and it'll be fine. Eventually it would cause random programs to crash and partial freezes that would last 2 - 5 seconds. I don't recommend people buy this. However the rest of the interface is good quality. Knobs feel good, buttons don't feel cheap and has a good amplifier. Edit. I went to uninstall the YUER control panel from my computer and as soon as I try to my windows defender detects a Trojan. Seems oddly suspicious.

Just as good as one that’s triple the price.
If you’re just starting out with music production, or podcasting or whatever it is and are worried about cheaping out on this, don’t worry. Works just as well as my Focustite, no latency, no buzzing or interference. 5 stars

Surprisingly Good USB Interface
For a budget USB recording interface, this device is surprisingly good. The unit records beautifully and is very easy to use. Controls are smooth and you can dial in the perfect gain level for instrument and microphone recording. Have now recorded several guitar tracks, both acoustic and electric, bass tracks, mic’d amplifier and keyboard. The recordings are very good. No noise, and with some good mixing will produce songs of almost studio quality to share with friends and others. If you’re on a budget and want an excellent recording interface then this would warrant consideration. Good value for the money spent.

Buzzing or Noise in headphones after just 1 1/2 months of use
Everything was going perfectly with the product until a month or two later. The device now outputs an intermittent buzzing or noise through the headphones randomly which is very annoying (I've been using Bluetooth headphones in the mean time). The noise is fairly quiet but constantly noticeable, and it gets worse whenever you plug into the instrument/mic inputs in the front (even if no instrument or mic is connected to the other end of the cable, just plugging in the cable makes the noise get even louder...). Shopping around on Amazon for a replacement I found that the exact same model is being sold my numerous sellers—all with a different logo etched on the top of the device; likely cheaply made in one factory and now being resold in the same tier as other (better) products. My new audio interface is having zero issues with any of my instruments or audio quality. Just shows to be careful what you buy...

My first audio interface, better than what I'm expected.
This audio interface 2i2 device is a great pick for beginners, at a very reasonable price. It's small and sturdy as the case is made of metal. The quality for voice recording is amazing - I'm connecting my Shure MV7 microphone using XLR cable to do voice recording using Audacity software and it's awesome. Although it came with setup driver for Windows, but I didn't install it as it's pretty much plug and play for Windows.
