Great Product, But Remember That It's Pepper!
I just received this capsaicin cream and it worked great! I have tried other brands of capsaicin cream and had good success in relieving joint and muscle pain. It lasts longer than other types of pain creams.An important thing to remember is that a little goes a long way. If you apply it as generously as you would a rub with menthol or camphor ingredients, you'll probably feel burning. Care must be taken as if performing anything with hot peppers.Definitely a far better pain reliever than lidocaine or diclofenac (Voltaren) which are utterly useless as far as I'm concerned.

Hot to trot pain reliever!!
If you are using for shingles, application is uncomfortable...in fact damn hot. That said, after the heat subsides it works for 24 hours or more without discomfort!!

Not worth it
Weak! Doesn’t provide any heat sensation. It’s about as effective as hand lotion… I bought this as an alternative to Capzacin HP which is the same percentage of capsaicin but this product is no where near equivalent. I get no “burn” or “tingle” or any sensation of heat.

Amazing customer service
I'm giving them 4 stars because of the amazing customer service! I got this after my bilateral mastectomy, with the recommendation from a nurse.. my skin had a horrible reaction to it. I want to add I've had reactions before to topical, although it's not normal.They gave me a refund after I explained the problem. I have heard from others this is good for pain after mastectomy though.

It does not work as well as I expected, but it does relieve local pain somewhat. Biggest problem is it stays on my fingers, even after washing them. DON"T touch your eyes after use and really scurb your fingers with hot water and soap longer than normally, if you ussed your fingers to apply. Would not buy again.

CAREFUL WEAR YOU USE IT
WORKS GREAT ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET. NOT FOR USE IN PRIVATE AREAS. I WEAR DISPOSIBLE GLOVES TO APPLY.
