Is this OK to plant outside now in November?

We planted ours out about 2 weekss ago and they are thriving I was disappointed tho as they were so small and not one whole plant but separate rooted bits I wouldn’t buy them again

Disappointing

Disappointing,the three ivy pots were half empty,soil dry as a bone,plants really small ,not big like advertised,im trying to save them,but doubt they’ll survive,very disappointed.
