If you have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) you will want to use this product
Living in Wisconsin in the winter is challenging. You do not see the sun for weeks on end and you go to work in the dark and drive home in the dark. Not having access to sun on your skin makes it difficult for your body to make the Vitamin D it needs. Micellarized Vitamin D helps get your body the Vitamin D that you need helping greatly with symptoms of SAD. Taking this product relieves the symptoms almost immediately.

Just one dropperS
I'm really stuggling with this product. I'm sure it's OK -- and I guess it is after having read other reviews and the product description throughouhly multiple times BUT the serving size is 1 drop. Not "1 droppers." Being in a medical profession I just can't recommend this product because I'm confident that many people will be overdosing on the D3. Which... hypothetically isn't bad... I mean it IS bad to overdose on D3. And generally if you were to take like 200% of your D3 for a day... or even 1000% a few times a week OK that's (probably) fine. But if you accidentally take a whole "droppers" (1ml) for a week you are taking 3750% of your RDA... that's PROBABLY too much.So like... again the product is probably fine but I just want to urge everybody towards safety. I would not buy this product again given that other products are more clearly labeled.

Confused by the Instructions
I take D3 supplements daily. I purchased the - Micellized D3 Liquid, for Children, Infants & Adults, 1200 IU, Plant-Based, Highly Absorbable, Water Soluble Vitamin D3, Support for Bone, Cardiovascular, and Immune Health - 750 Servings – for my son. After reading the instructions on the box, we both found ourselves confused about the dosage amount so he hasn’t begun to take this yet. I did put a very tiny amount on the tip of my finger to taste. I couldn't detect any flavor. Once we learn what the dosage amount is and start to take it, I’ll have to come back to update this review.

Odorless, Tasteless, and Slightly Oily
The media could not be loaded. Hello Friends, I spend the majority of my time awake at nighttime due to my schedule so I regularly take a Vitamin D suppliment.I have a preference for any supplements that are liquid or chewable as it is I greatly dislike swallowing pills. The directions for this supplement say to take one drop twice daily with water or juice. The drop in water is odorless, tasteless and slightly oily.It is a bit of a challenge only dispensing 1 drop as the dropper tends to want to release 1-3 drops. Directly from the bottle it smells like castor oil, which is listed as an ingredient. It also includes, grapefruit seed extract and potassium sorbate.I took the supplement on an empty stomach and it caused some stomach discomfort within an hour. I understand this to be the castor oil's fault. I ate some food to see if it would help and it did. I am going to continue the supplement but will stop if the stomach discomfort continues. I will post an update if it does.

Until Reading Label Closely, Dosing Seemed Confusing--Grapefruit Seed Extract is an Issue for ME
It says to take 1 drop; however, the dropper is marked in intervals to 1 mL and other D3 drops that I have used indicate taking 1 mL which is far more than ONE drop. The label says “1 dropper (0.04mL)” and total servings per container says 750, so at 1 “drop” at twice daily the totals make sense. And, at one drop twice a day the price point is very reasonable. However, saying “dropper” makes it sound like a “dropper—full--NOT one drop--and the dropper "full" goes to 1mL---could be VERY CONFUSING for many!I usually take 2 gel caps D3 for a total of 2000 IU, in the morning, as part of bone, lack of sunshine, and cholesterol level. I have RA but take no RX; I just do handwork and crafts to keep the arthritic finger joints and wrists moving. Cold weather has started to enter with fall, and I often struggle with the fingers aching when the weather changes, so the dosing of this is a little more, but not enough to worry about any kind of overdose. At one level I like the idea of liquid and dropper dosing versus swallowing pills. I've placed the dosing under my tongue. It is suggested to add to a 1 or 2 oz water or drink which seems like another nuisance to measure 1 or 2 ozs for a single drop. None of the added ingredients, except grapefruit seed extract, sound disturbing, but it is a bit greasy if it touches your lips. I didn't notice any taste placing under my tongue. I would not have sensed anything greasy or oily if the dropper hadn't touched my lip at one time.Compared to what I usually buy, the price point here is much lower for the number of servings, but I am still hesitant that 1 drop gives enough dose. The font size on the label is extremely difficult to see and read without a magnifying glass for all parts of the label except the Directions and Cautions. It is GMO and Gluten free if that is important to others.I can't comment on energy levels as only took one dose to see if any taste and have never noticed any difference in energy levels with the D3 I usually take or have taken in the past. Again, I have only used once to see how well the “one” drop falls from the dropper and if any taste to be able to comment on that.I did look at the picture of the label, but I didn't comprehend grapefruit seed extract when I was looking at the photos and reading the item description. That is a personal concern for me and my fault for not digesting what I read at the time.Due to the added ingredient of grapefruit seed extract, because of blood pressure meds that grapefruit can interact, and questioning that an entire dose actually fits into one tiny drop, I have decided not to use. However, if dosing is correct, liquid dosing is easier and more convenient than swallowing a pill, price point is excellent for the number of servings indicated that will last nearly a year at x2 drops a day, and the quality of the company and sustainability concerns, not for me, but in general, it can be considered a 5-star product, overall.
