The Last Wok You’ll Ever Need
I’ve had this wok for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. The nonstick surface is fantastic, food just slides right off, and cleanup is super easy. It heats up quickly and evenly, and I love that it works perfectly on my induction cooktop. The handle stays cool even when the pan gets really hot, which is great when I’m doing high-heat stir-frying. It just feels solid and well made. What really sold me, though, is the lifetime warranty. It’s rare to see a company back their product like that, and it gave me confidence in the purchase. I’ve used it for everything from stir fries to searing meat, and it handles it all like a pro. Even after repeated use, it still looks and performs like new. If you’re looking for a reliable, high quality wok that will last, this is 100% worth it.

Hybrid design really works well
This has become my favorite wok. It heats evenly and has good non stick performance. It's made of steel which works on induction stoves, though it is heavier (and stronger) than aluminum. The hex design is also on the outside which is beautiful and unique.Keep in mind that the hybrid design has raised steel lines to protect the non stick coating. This is great to prolong the life of the pan, especially for my spouse who uses metal tongs and throws pans into the sink with metal utensils crushed on them. The exposed steel means you must use oil to prevent the thin lines from sticking to food.I hesitated to buy this because of the mixed reviews. I'm glad I gave it a try because it does a great job. I don't trust America's Test Kitchen anymore after they panned Hexclad. They complained that eggs stuck without oil. That's the wrong way to use this pan and they should know better as supposed experts. What kind of monster cooks without oil, even on a traditional non stick pan?? My opinion of people like that is they don't know how to cook.

Great quality
Typical Hexclad quality, outstanding! No stick, manageable weight, great heat retention, and a fairly reasonable price. Hexclad is not cheap but it has amazing cookware, you get what you pay for. I am gradually replacing my major utensils;s.

Non stick, heats up quickly, and short cooking time!
Excellent!Performs as expected, non stick, cleans up easily! Only thing needs to be careful is use moderate heat to cook.In Chinese stir fry method, need to be quick on moderately high heat otherwise burns the bottom parts of food! Durable !

HEXCLAD RULES!
It’s HEXCLAD! Do I need to say more? I’m not an expert but this HEXCLAD works better than my circulon wok & the latter worked damn well! When I wash it, all I need to do is run the water over it & no more residue! I don’t worry abt all the toxins lesser pans have Altho I’ve heard some negative things. The diff, is HEXCLAD coating doesn’t scratch so no toxin n food unlike pans like Circulon etc. that can get scratched & wear out! HEXCLAD is expensive! So instead of expensive perfume evry year for Xmas, hubby buys me a diff pot evry year. I own 2 so far! These r now my go to pots! The woks serves as my skillet & it’s a great replacement! Highly recommended!

High-Quality Wok with Great Features, but a Few Drawbacks
I've been using the HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 12-Inch Wok for several months now, and while it has some standout features, it’s not without its shortcomings.Pros:Versatility and Performance: This wok excels in various cooking tasks like stir-frying, sautéing, and even braising. The hybrid design, combining stainless steel and nonstick, provides excellent heat distribution and durability. It heats up quickly and evenly, which is perfect for high-heat cooking methods. The nonstick surface works well, making cooking and cleaning easierDurability and Scratch Resistance: The laser-etched hexagonal pattern is more than just a unique design—it protects the nonstick surface from scratches, allowing for the use of metal utensils without worry. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of the wok compared to traditional nonstick optionsEasy to Clean: Being dishwasher-safe is a big plus, and the nonstick surface ensures that even sticky foods don’t leave a mess. Cleanup is straightforward, which is always a bonus after cookingCons:Heavy Weight: The wok is heavier than most nonstick pans, which can make it cumbersome to handle, especially when it’s full. This might be a downside for those who prefer lighter cookware for ease of usePricey: The HexClad wok comes at a premium price, which might be a deterrent for budget-conscious buyers. While the quality is undeniable, some might find it difficult to justify the cost, especially if they don’t cook frequentlyOverall: The HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Wok is a durable, versatile piece of cookware that performs exceptionally well in the kitchen. However, its weight and high price point might be considerations for those looking for more lightweight or budget-friendly options. If you’re serious about cooking and are willing to invest in long-lasting, high-performance cookware, this wok is definitely worth considering.
