Great Cartridges
After searching for a while to find good value and good quality cartridges for my printer, finally I want to give it a try to buy these cartridges. Surprisingly, it turns out great. My printer can recognize the cartridges without an issue, unlike another printer. It arrived faster than the estimated delivery time to my home so that I can use the cartridges earlier which I did not expect. The items were well packed and well-made and easy to install. No messy and the colors are vivid. The printouts are clean and of good quality. After using it several times and without any issues. My printer works great and no more alerts! My printer likes it and has no hassle. I like it and am very satisfied. It's a good buy and would recommend it.

Three Unsuccessful Orders
I tried three different packs of this ink and could not successfully get it to register with my printer. The first order came with a black cartridge that was empty and all other cartridges showed only 1/4 full. The second pack came with a full black ink yet my printer did not recognize it and again showed it as empty. The third pack had the same issue as the second except this time with cyan. The magenta and yellow cartridges seemed to be the only trouble free ones yet the black and cyan completely did not work for me at all.

Works great
My Sawgrass recognized the ink cartridges with absolutely no problem. Works as expected. Would purchase same product again when needed. Appreciate the fast shipping and great product. I was finally able to use my printer again after 2 years of it sitting idle.

Easiest and most vivid ink I’ve used
I have loved using this ink. It’s the best brand I have worked with so far. Everything comes out so vibrant and long lasting.Just a shame they don’t hold up to their end of the bargain when you write a review.

Works well just needed to do more work
I loved it first day I got. Thought GREAT this is awesome for the price. I was in a bind and needed color for my printer fast. I printed right away great. Now if I don't print daily non stop I have to keep doing a head cleaning before printing. I wasted 8 pages to figure that out. No idea why as my printer auto cleans and never have this issue with sawgrass ones. But it does work in a bind! I do feel like I go through this ink faster though!
