I really liked this. I used sharpie permanent markers for writing and drawing and it didn't smudge. Its durable and good quality.

I used this for a school project where we had to write children's books about a history topic, shout out to Mr. Lane. I love that guy. Anyway, the book is pretty sturdy and is absolutely adorable. There is a bit of a waxy coating on it, so be aware of what writing utensils you use. Pencil doesn't go on it that well, and colored pencils go on faint. Markers and Sharpies work well on this, but make sure you leave time for it to dry before turning the page or closing the book.

I have made two books so far & they have come out great. I used Sharpie & PrismaColor, pencil was easy to erase. Reordering, I really enjoyed making them, books are good quality.

Will be great for my son to create a short comic/story. It’s a Christmas gift so we shall see if he likes it.

Cute little book to customize for a baby shower

My kid likes to make up stories and write her own books. She was using regular paper and folding it to create her books. They folded paper didn’t last as long so I decided to buy some of these books for her for Christmas. Pro’s: My child loved these blank books. She got really excited and it took less than a week for her to create many books. I liked that these books were very sturdy and hold up to the fur babies in the house. She uses regular markers and so far all the markers stays on the papers. (I thought they would smear everywhere) Cons: For a kid who can create many books in a day, these are pricey. While the quality overall is good, I cannot justify paying more than 1.50 or more for each one especially for the small size.

Bought three of these to make homemade picture books for my son. They are the perfect size for what I needed. I think they’ll be pretty durable, though the pages aren’t quite as thick as some board books. But overall a nice product and would recommend.

I was pleasantly satisfied with my orders of the Ashley Productions chunky book and so much so that I'm positive I will order more in different sizes. I ordered the 2 board books to complete a small personalized gift for someone's nephew and not only did these books arrive on-time and in pristine condition, but they came enclosed in a good quality plastic that was reusable after I completed the project. As with any board book, be sure to test your materials on to make sure it sticks to the board book. I found that the thin and thick sharpie markers and prisma color markers would stick to the book immediately and need little to no drying time. I used various pens such as sharpie pens, pilot pens, and ballpoint pens and found that they didn't take to the book at all since they could be smudged off days later. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this product for any decoupaging; however, with the quality of the book I would highly recommend this board book as a way to make any personalized gift.

Love love love this board book! I bought this to make a story book for my baby girl and she loves it! The quality is very good and it’s still surviving my baby’s rough use. She would bite the corners and the book still look very nice. Great gift idea even as a craft with young kids!

I really thought the card stock would be a bit thicker, but that being said I'm excited to start drawing a little book for my son.
