This is amazing!! for the price. It looks great next to my mova globe. It works perfectly I can't take my eyes off it. Also you can buy a dummy 1.5v aa battery from Amazon that fits perfectly that connects to a usb plug so you can have a constant connection to the mains power. So five stars from me. A+++++

I love this wave machine. I find it mesmerising. The motor's not silent but it is very quiet. I'm also very impressed with the battery life. It takes a single C size cell and I've had it running, on the same battery, every evening for 9 weeks now (a few times I've forgotten to turn it off so it ran for over 24 hours). It's still going strong!

Dropped on the floor once, broke immediately. Blue is hard to get out of carpet!

Like some other reviewers, I am disappointed because the motor does not work. Had c batteries in the house put one in And it did nothing, then purchased new batteries and tried a fresh one but it made no difference. Machine is really nice and a reasonable price but disappointing when it does not work. Can’t return it as I disposed the box and packaging.

It's nice to watch, double AA batteries work fine in it too as it's the same voltage but less capacity, one thing that's not great is the noisy motor, it gets on your nerves after a while, that's why it loses a star.

El producto en sí es muy bonito y a mi hijo le hubiera encantado que funcionase porque le gustan mucho las olas, pero, después de comprobar que las pilas nuevas funcionaban perfectamente, tuvimos que devolverlo porque el producto no funcionaba, con la consecuente desilusión por parte de mi hijo (era regalo de reyes).

I've been searching for a Hughes wave motion machine for a long time (probably just like you) but the authentic ones are very expensive, so I was glad I've found this alternative: The Pro's - Beautiful ocean blue color and relaxing rocking motion, just like you expect. The Con's - Uses a rather uncommon battery type (LR14 C 1,5v) which I even never heard about (most of the gadgets, toys and remotes in the West work on either the more common AA or AAA batteries with the added convenience that these types of rechargeable batteries are easy to find and most people have AA or AAA rechargers) - The specific battery type needed is not supplied in the box. - No USB or power supply. - No timer (if you plan on using this gadget for relaxation purposes on your bed nightstand and fall asleep, you'll use plenty of batteries). - No different speed settings. I managed however to put a common rechargeable AA battery in it (1,2 v) without any problem and it works. Wish this was noted somewhere in the instructions that AA batteries can also be used. With some small additions (USB-power, a timer, a speed setting and a better description or type of battery you can use), it could be the Wave Motion machine, you've been longing for.

Habe so was ähnliches schon in einer Serie gesehen und bin froh, dass ich es jetzt über Amazon kaufen konnte. Schnelle Lieferung und das Beste ist, das es mit Batterie verwendet wird, so ist das Aufstellen an jeden Platz möglich. Habe es auf meiem Schreibtisch im Büro stehen. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Beruhigt sehr. 😊

Il primo era rotto e non mi è stato nemmeno consegnato, il secondo all'interno presentava diverse bolle d'aria che rovinanavano l'effetto desiderato. Attivata la restituzione. Il terzo finalmente è perfetto. Nessuna bolla, ben rifinito, silemzioso. Ciò che desideravo. Grazie ad Amazon che, consentendo la restituzione, mi ha permesso di ottenere un prodotto integro.
