Super easy to attach and detach but can pop off when hitting a bump
First the bad. If you don't tighten the hook strap the bag can get knocked off when hitting a bump. Also, converting to backpack can be annoying as there are 2 flaps that use velcro.I both like and dislike that it can be converted to a backpack. It's the conversion process that I dislike. Once it's converted it's fine just be careful to get the backpack straps out of the way and to attach on opposite side of chain. The straps can escape if you convert quickly or with poor visibility. I've had them get caught on the gears. The exterior side pockets are great for holding a water bottle or a U-lock and I've never had either fall out. The interior pocket is thinner and taller than other panniers I've used and it can be difficult to put in bulkier items but otherwise great.

Large and though pannier bag
This pannier bag can hold a lot of stuff. This is very well made excellent design. What I like very much is that this is used upcycled industrial materials and made in USA. The quality is 200% better than those made with cheap plastic materials made in China.

I'd buy it again
Pro. Seems solidly constructed. Lots of room. Probably waterproof. Backpack straps. Inexpensive.Cons. Heavy. Only one main pocket (two bottle pockets on the outside. Could pop off when going over an obstacle if not cinched down tight.Overall. I like it. Needed a bag that I could remove easily so I didn't have to worry about it coming up missing. For the price I'd buy it again even with the short comings

Best pannier i have found. Plus its a backpack!
I am very happy with this pannier, it holds a ton of groceries and almost has a insulating effect. It's a very thick material with several layers and it feels like insulation but I'm not sure if it is or not. But it is very well made. I really like that it is not covered in reflective strips. Its very subtle. Definitely worth the $82 I paid for mine. The outside pockets are awesome because they hold large bottles and don't have any stretchy or bungee material that wears out after the first bottle you try that is to big.

Very good but some easy improvements needed
PROS: Very easy to use and good storage. Seem very waterproof but not fully tested. Like the fact that they are mainly made from recycled materials.CONS: Outside pockets could be more elastic. Needs more yellow and reflective labels - black isn't a very visible colour on a bike.

I was super upset about this purchase
I bought this bag before a big biking trip on the west coast. I biked not even 20 miles before the pannier hook broke off of the bag, the bag fell off and tripped up not only me, but the guy behind me.I was super upset about this purchase.Luckily, someone fixed the bag for me and it "works", but the hooks are so loose, if you go over a bump the bag is almost gauranteed to fall off the pannier hooks.I wouldn't recommend this bag to anyone who wants to ride without fear.

Defective bag, no response from company
The bag looks decent enough. But, the version I was shipped had a defective clasp--the mechanism that is designed to seal the entire bag--making in basically unusable as it arrived. I email the company, but did not hear back. So, I had to jury-rig the clasp myself. Not ideal. Everything else is basically OK. It's a bit heavy, and it has the feel of something made out of recycled goods, but at this price point it would be a decent buy...if the clasp worked.
