The good - they look great, fairly easy to install. They are MEGA bright!The bad - the shrink wrap around the crystals is a pain in the ... to remove, you need a sharp knife and be careful not to cut the light when doing so.The quick fit 'push type' wire connectors seem to be robust but when I fitted the second light the cables were not snug and hard to tell, so when I switched the electric back on the light didn't work. I thought it was faulty but then when I refitted the wires it worked. Good idea in principle but not 100% perfect.Otherwise, amazing and relatively easy to fit.

Arrived on time, easy to install. Just the right brightness for our lounge. Brings an elegant, modern touch to the room.

Gorgeous looking lights, super bright. Had an electrician install. Only negative is that the variable light does not work. Far too bright in the evenings.

I bought 2 of these lights for my kitchen. 2 years down the line the lights have both stopped working and you cannot purchase replacement parts. The advertised lifespan in hours is incorrect (should last 5 hrs) and the supplier unwilling to help. I asked for a replacement but they are washing their hands of the problem. I am so disappointed as the lights are lovely but it is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn’t last.

Bought 2 of these lights. Look great, however 1 doesn’t work hence the 3 star review. If the sellers can see this, could I please have a replacement.
