Very large and very sturdy
It is a really LARGE perch. My sulfur crested cockatoo thought it was a bit too big at first to move between the perches, but after 3 days or so he moves about with confidence. It really is a very sturdy perch, and although I wish the base was a smidge bigger, it seems to catch about 97% of the poo. I like how there are a lot of options as to where to place the perches. I think I will shorten a couple though with a miter saw, just to bring that poo catch up to 100%

Bad Quality
Within three weeks my parrot managed to chew off most of the wood on the tree.

Disappointing would be an understatement
We excited about getting this new tree for our Blue & Gold Macaw. However, it is poorly constructed the main perch has a very shallow screw which becomes loose and therefore the perch teeters. We've made several attempts to modify but the soft wood makes it impossible to keep it stable. It's so bad it fell off with my bird on it. I would NEVER recommend this product as you definitely do not get what think what you are paying for. My last tree lasted almost 10 years...this didn't even make it 6 months. Buyer Beware...

Well put together perch for large birds.
So I’ve adjusted my review due to the remarkable customer service I received from the Parrot Wizards. My birds love to chew, and the wood that comes with this perch is really not ideal to large birds that chew. My birds went through it in about a month even with other toys hung all around it. So I contacted the Parrot Wizards and found that they offer a much harder wood for birds like mine. I got the pieces replaced and my birds have been enjoying it for about a month and it’s holding up much better. I decided to get a couple of soft wood perches, knowing that they would want to chew no matter what, and then got a couple hardwood perches along with the hard wood canopy on top. I highly recommend you contact them before buying and making sure you get the right wood for your birds. The staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended!

Well built, worth the investment
Recieved my large parrot tree today in a little town here in Alaska, LOVE the size, my b&g macaw loves it as well, well worth the price! The size of the perches are perfect for larger parrots

Just what I was looking for
My African Gray loves this perch! This is the second large perch I've purchased for him he refused to go any where near the first (from a different company) but loves this one! I love that the base is large and has locking wheels. Also the stand screws together so I was able to make it shorter my parrot bails off his perch frequently I don't like him launching from too high.

Yassssss!
Absolutely loved this item! By far one of the mist high quality and durable items I’ve ever received on amazon. The packing was absolutely top notch, and very secure...the assembly was an absolute breeze, and the feeding bowls have this bubble on them to prevent your birdy from flinging it accross the room. Honestly love love love this! Thanks for such a phenomenal product. My bird babies couldn’t be happier!

Materials are so wrong!
I really respect and appreciate the “Parrot Wizard”, but I’m pretty shocked at the terrible choice of soft woods to make this “large bird” tree stand. The wood seems like pine, in 3 days my macaws have destroyed it. At $700-800 a pop, that’s a pricey chew toy! I have an old manzanita tree stand that stood up to years of these big beaks…I’m pretty disappointed and out lots of money. The replaceable perches are not that big a deal, but they have done major damage to the main T section…in barely 3 days. I would not recommend you purchase this for macaws or cockatoos. I thought he would know better than anyone. I would have paid double for the right quality product.
