Nice change
A nice change from regular pork rinds, though a bit too much artificial sweetener. There is an aftertaste.

Expensive but tasty!
The fact that these are fried in coconut oil is a plus, plus for pork rinds. It adds a touch more good fat and improves the taste a bit. I am a fan of pork rinds to begin with and these are at the top of my splurge list.

Great Grinds
These are one of my main grinds.75% of the bag I have bought are fluffs and the 30% are the rocks. Most bags from other brands I get like 60% are fluffs so you get more grinds that are super hard that make you feel like your rolling the dice breaking your teeth on the hard grinds. Again your molars may vary base on personal mandibles. These grinds are flavorful and amazing but a bit pricey. I eat them because many other grinds have added sugar of some sort and I look for grinds that are fluffy, flavorful, low salty taste, and no added sugar. So you know first world problems. If you are looking for a great tasting grind that is mostly fluffies and as healthy as they can be these are it.If your body still works like Optimus Prime then I would just hit up hard rock grinds, which cost pennies, next to the gum rack at a gas station and maybe drink an 8 oz cup of jalapeno nacho cheese to spite your ancestors and defy mortality.

Horrible
I was so excited to get these and paid way too much! But, I thought they would be worth it!I opened the bag , took a bite and …….It tasted like they were 5 years old worse than cardboard! The flavor was ok but I couldn’t get past the texture!

Tasty, but super salty.
I was worried I would taste the coconut oil, they were cooked in, but I could not. They are super salty. If I only eat these, I am only able to eat about three before I get salted out. I like to mix them up with other pork rinds. It helps cut down the salt. They also work well with mashed avocado.

OMG, absolutely delicious and healthy too?
I can't believe I've finally found a healthy delicious replacement for industrial seed oil corn/potato chips! I've waited sooooo long!!! Not only are they 0 carb, they're also gluten free, high in protein, and cooked in healthy coconut oil. And equally important, they're so tasty I can't imagine ever eating another industrial seed oil corn/potato chip ever again. Please Ol' Uncle, don't ever go out of business! I can't wait to try the pickle flavor I just ordered, and the mango habanero (when it's available again)! I'll likely try the salted too because that flavor contains only a few ingredients - perhaps a great take along for family/friend picnics to replace potato chips? If you're keto-carnivore, and want to eliminate industrial seed oils from your diet, yet want to some healthy crispy chips every now and then, you absolutely must give these a try!

Too sweet. Artificial flavor.
I really really wanted to love these, but sadly did NOT! They taste like a pork rind saturated in sickening sweetness with a hint of cinnamon. I love monk fruit sweetener so it was NOT my first experience, but unfortunately I found them to be overly sweet. It may just be my taste but since I've been on keto for about a month this go round--I know that our taste for sweet things can be hyped up (more sensitive) when forgoing sweet things for a while, so perhaps that is why I find them overly sweet. They are crispy but unfortunately I tried about 5 or 6 crisps and that's all I could handle. My husband did not like them either so they ended up in the trash. 😩
