I love the MegaFood brand Magnesium. Because this is food grade, the body absorbs this much better and easier. It is the only magnesium that I have used that doesn't make me sick to my stomach. Magnesium is so important to so many vital functions in the body. Great for stress, to help you sleep better, with digestion, headaches. Great stuff.

High-quality product and good sources of magnesium. It is also an organic product made from fresh vegetables. That said, I recently learned that Glycinate Chelated Magnesium is more easily absorbed so likely I will stop ordering this product and get that. I found some vegan products that are Glycinate Chelated Magnesium. I do like though that this product is organic and claims to be made from farm Fresh foods.Update: I like this product better. I like the way it works on my system and is a natural way to stay regular.

FINALLY a very simple magnesium supplement that is gentle and food based. After starting a medication almost two years ago, various magnesium supplements seemed to badly interact. I couldn't take these very needed minerals and I could feel my body kind of wasting away. These do not cause me any trouble and I actually feel better and stronger. I'm so happy I finally found a gentle, food based magnesium that actually works as I want magnesium to. Different types of magnesium can cause different effects and I went down quite the rabbit hole trying to figure out the best one for me. I noticed the only thing I could tolerate was getting it through foods... WELP, magnesium from brewer's yeast and spinach worked out perfectly. I love that it's not a huge dose and I can add on as needed, AND that it's JUST magnesium, not a complex. Very grateful to have found this product. I also take the MegaFood Zinc supplement, again, gentle, food based, and no odd/overstimulating/conflicting side effects. I would suggest this to anyone with a sensitivity or that have found that the type of magnesium they have isn't doing what you expect, like calm you down for example. You always see magnesium touted as calming, but it seriously depends on the type and quality, as some types have caused quite the opposite.

This product was recommended by a physician, for my husband's 'restless leg syndrome' which kept him from sleeping well. The physician specifically stated MegaFood brand, for purity and quality. The restless leg syndrome was not a problem after only 2 nights of taking this magnesium (1000mg) about one hour before bedtime. It has really changed his life, allowing him to sleep well and feel well-rested during the day. The product is delivered in a very sturdy box with excellent interior packaging, and delivered in a timely manner. We are tremendously pleased.

I really love the MegaFood brand. I use their men’s multivitamin and I’ve never had an issue with taking it (even on an empty stomach). That being said, I decided to roll the dice on the magnesium product that they make.They recommmend just one pill daily and the official count is 50mgs per pill. Seems a bit low to me, but I’ll give it a shot. If you aren’t using a multivitamin in addition to this, id recommend caution on the buy. You may need something a little stronger.Plus side is, is that the product is vegan! Clean ingredients as well.

A nurse friend of mine referred me to this brand of Magnesium and how important Magnesium is for your body, as most of us are deficient in this mineral. It is also important for the heart, and have suffered with atrial fibrillation. Since I have troubles sleeping, he recommended for me to take it at night, instead of the morning as it will help me fall asleep, or help put me back to sleep should I wake up in the middle of the night. Sure enough he was right. I don't like to take sleeping pills so this is a great option for me as well as getting my Magnesium supply. I've also taken it along with my medicine for atrial fibrillation and it helps slow my heart down to get back into rhythm, so I'm extremely grateful for a mineral product that has instant effects. When I researched MegaFoods and this product, they claim to have a good "delivery system" so that the body absorbs it better, and by judging by result, I'm satisfied. I plan to purchase next their product that includes the proper combination of Magnesium and Calcium and Potassium for daily use, and use the pure Magnesium for night time.

After years of using this product it's value has increased over time. I used to get muscle spasms in chest, feet, calves. Taking one of these, like others report, works THE SAME DAY. I would never live without it. Was told needed magnesium. This product is made if good stuff, no fillers. I can't say enough about how well it works, and easy on the tummy.

Came quick nice packaging quality product at a good price. I highly recommend it & it was nice to find a natural product at a dosage that is more along the lines of recommended instead of the others that are synthetic and way too much milligrams than the body should have.
