I've gone through my second bottle of this oil and love the texture and slight flavor it adds to my morning coffee. I'm on a ketovore diet right now, cycling from keto to carnivore. I've dropped 40 lbs fast and this mct oil is part of my strategy. It's brain fuel along with the caffeine and keeps me satiated until my OMAD (one meal a day) on my current carnivore/intermittent fasting period. I wish the oil was in a glass bottle. Not sure how much plastic is being absorbed into the oil. Maybe they use a certain material that doesn't leach into the oil. If so, they should state that in their description for those concerned. Also, I noticed they state that a tablespoon contains 14 grams, but the numbers don't add up, as they state 7.7 grams caprylic and 4 grams capric which equals 11.7 grams. But these two things are not deal killers for me. The price is good and the quality is good, so I'll buy again!

I’ve been suffering from scalp seb derm for about 5 years.
