Q: Does this stretch enough to wrap around a finger or a sharpie(a regular size)? I have glass mugs with handle that I want to use this to mark.

I decided to give these a try. First I wrapped one around a coffee cup handle; it fell off. Then I tried wrapping it around a Sharpie; it stayed but didn’t really fit very well. Same thing with a finger. It works well on the wine glass stem because it’s narrow. The wine glass “wraps” work best when wrapped around a circumference they were made for.

Yes. These silicone markers do stretch. Mine will reach up to 3 1/2 in or maybe 4 in on a stem and stay put.

Q: Will they fit in Tevis wine glasses?

If you are referring to a wine tumbler then no. These are to wrap around the stem of a tall wine glass.
