The product came in and everything is assembled. It's sturdy and my daughter loves it. My only complaint is the rings are broken and one of the wooden rails isn't drilled in properly.

Please be careful if you purchase this item. The swing and the gym rings are nothing but string. We use this as an indoor playset, and I do not let my kids play on it alone, because there is potential for a child to get strangled in the strings. I didn’t pay close attention when we bought it, and I wouldn’t buy again. It was also very difficult to put together. And one of the gym rings broke the first day we had it. Overall, I’m not happy with the product because it’s dangerous, the kids love it, but it’s too dangerous.

Bought this twice for a Christmas present for my grandson. First time my daughter and husband tried to assemble it found it they shipped one part wrong. We had to return it and ordered another one because there was no way to communicate with the vendor to exchange one piece. Second purchase arrived and when my son in law tried to assemble he couldn’t because pieces didn’t line up. This is a very heavy piece. Not easy for a mom with a baby to haul to UPS for return twice. Ended up buying one from ETSY that was perfect.

My son is 4 and tall for his age and absolutely loves this! He goes to it everyday!
