Sinnvoll- wenn man weiß, was man damit machen soll
Mein hatte vor einem Monat eine OP an der Schulter und ich leide immer mal wieder an einem Tennisarm. Unsere Physiotherapeuten haben uns jeweils diverse Übungen mit diesen (uns bisher unbekannten) Flex-Bars gezeigt. Bis jetzt hat uns das sehr gut geholfen.Leider liegen keine Hinweise zu Übungen bei. Das wäre für die meisten sicher sinnvoll.Diese Flex-Bars liegen gut in der Hand und sie wirken langlebig. Es gibt mehr Übungsmöglichkeiten, als gedacht.Für uns sind diese Stangen wirklich sinnvoll. 5 Sterne!

Muy útil para mi trabajo (fisioterapeuta)
Soy fisioterapeuta y estoy trabajando desde hace mucho tiempo con una paciente de mano y muñeca. Esta goma me está ayudando mucho en una fase más avanzada del tratamiento para trabajar ejercicios de coordinación entre el agarre de los dedos y la fuerza de la muñeca. La goma es de muy buena calidad y la resistencia es bastante alta.En el paquete, tienes sugerencias de series de ejercicios que puedes hacer con ella. Hay muchísimas posibilidades. También he hecho algún ejercicio para mí, porque trabajo con las manos. Creo que es un producto de muy buena calidad y, si sabes como usarlo, puede ser muy util.
