This is a good size, durable ironing board. It feels quite stable when in use, and I like the platform to hold the iron. The pad is reasonably thick but not too much so. The board and pad are attractive for what they are, and everything folds up easily and stores in the closet when not in use.

I really love this ironing board; it has exceeded my expectations completely. I especially adore its design, which is even better than I anticipated. The appearance is elegant and high-end, and I also love the color. Moreover, the material is very sturdy; the steel frame is made of stainless steel and feels smooth and robust to the touch. The overall product is stable and doesn't wobble, and it can be adjusted according to different heights. Another pleasant surprise is the iron rest area, where I can place the iron when taking a break.This product is also very easy to store; I keep it next to the cabinet, and it doesn't take up much space. The ironing board cover feels great as well; it is heat resistant, and underneath the cover, there are two layers of foam. The cover can be removed, washed and replaced. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good ironing board!

I spent way too much time sifting through the ironing board listings to finally take a chance on buying one. I'm happy with the BKTD. I use it mostly for ironing shirts and pants, not large sheets or curtains. It works well for me and is sturdy enough at its max height setting (I'm 6' tall). The floor supports are welded to the vertical legs, not crimped or press-fit. This adds a lot to the board's durability. The top cover is smooth and sufficiently padded and its size matches easily available replacement covers if I ever need one. I believe this ironing board is a good value.

It works and holds together well. That said, I could have trained my dog to weld better. There is literally chips of splattered weld falling off haha. Not a huge deal just carelessly made.

The reviews I read were accurate. This is a sturdy ironing board that is well padded. My basis for comparison is my roughly 20 year old ironing board that I probably bought for $20 that has long since lost any padding which has reduced to merely cloth over metal, so bear that in mind. But I think it's well padded 😀. It's a little heavier than my old one because of the thick metal legs, but that's why it's so sturdy and I think it's worth the tradeoff. Plus, I'm talking like 2lbs heavier, so not very heavy overall. The surface grips really well, sort of like sandpaper, which I'm not used to. I think I like it, and so far I don't see any damage to my clothes and hope it stays that way. I thought the price was pretty ridiculous for what this is, but I did my research and at least on Amazon it seems like most ironing boards are a lot more expensive than what I remember and this one is certainly not the most expensive so I think it's probably worth spending $20 to $30 more for this one than the cheapest ones that have poor reviews. I'm planning on keeping this one for another 20 years 😅

Lightweight and easily opens/ closes. Mom like the iron parking spot which appears to be made of aluminum and wide enough for an iron. The biggest bonus on this is the lack of the shreiking noise when opened and closed. Our dogs always went wild when the old ironing board was being opened or closed. The cloth cover appears to be coated to survive the heat. Descriptions are sometimes not specific with chinese made products.

I purchased this ironing board to replace one that finally collapsed. It was obvious that this unit was more cheaply made than my previous one, which was made from thicker steel. It is also lower, which makes ironing difficult when you are tall. However, the cover is quite soft, which is good, but that softness combined with a surface coating of some kind that makes it difficult to slide the fabric being ironed over the surface, makes it less than perfect. And finally, the mechanism that one uses to close it up when finished is very hard to work. I need to pick it up, cradle it in my arms and press hard on the lever to close it.

Sturdy, legs are well-made with none of the likely failure points that so many other ironing boards have, well-padded, easy to set up and take down, end is narrow-enough for shirt shoulders etc., iron holder on the end does the job just fine. In other words, this has everything we wanted in an ironing board and we're so glad to have been able to find it and thank you to all the reviewers before us whose reviews helped us select this perfect board!
