It's to strengthen one's hair but it takes almost 3 months for results tp be noticable.
I believe it takes awhile to be effective. I have not seen any results as yet.

It actually works!
I take a good amount of vitamins and this is one of the ones that I actually see a difference when taking. My nails are naturally pretty thin and brittle. When I take this, they are strong and don't crack or split. I only take 1 a day and it still makes a big difference! Worth the money in my opinion. I also have noticed a slight difference with my skin and hair.
