I read reviews about the awful taste, priced the capsules I had previously always bought, and decided to save the money and order the gross liquid. But also ordered a pack of 500 empty gelatin capsules for $10. Still cheaper than the capsules.I put the 5 drops it says to take directly into the empty capsule, it’s super easy, and I swallow the whole business easily and then I don’t have to taste it at all.Definitely worth the savings of buying the liquid in the bottle. You just have to be smarter than the critter you’re dealin with.UPDATE: I did taste the drops & they are not good but they certainly aren’t as disgusting as some of these reviews lead me to think they would be. At least according to my taste buds. And the taste goes away immediately if you drink water afterwards.

The taste reminds me a bit of alpha-gpc or l-theanine, definitely not food, but about as unoffensive as something gets without tasting good. I'd drink it quick if you're mixing it with water, but juice covers it fine.I haven't been taking it long enough to say much more except that I believe what they say about the first effects taking place in under an hour. Might just be the choline in it, but it's definitely more than placebo.

If you want to verify my comment on flavor, go ahead and put a few drops on your tongue lol. No don't do that. This would be one of those times that it's a good idea to trust someone you don't know. Put the drops into a drink: Tart Cherry juice, Apple juice, etc... something with a good strong flavor. I've not taken it long enough to comment about it's effectiveness... will update in a few months.

Awful tasting. I have not seen any benefit yet. I am 58 y/o and hope it will, but I don't know. It is difficult to take because of taste. It is indescibable

I added this to my mini and it was tasteless. You can add it to chai as well. Anything spicy or acidic to drink? 👍

I notice my hair doesn't fall off as much after a few weeks of taking this supplement. I don't really like how it tastes by itself. So I added it in my coffee. Since I am an avid coffee lover, I do notice the change in taste. But other wise it is not too bad if you don't mind the salty drops.
