I thought it did not come with some parts, but further cleaning my room I found the plastic parts that it came in counting everything making sure I had all the screws etc, I can build now! I started building some metal was out of place nothing my rubber mallet could not fix, but then started at it I must say this thing is awesome! saves room and it big enough and slim enough to save space trust me this is a nice buy! the real question is, what are you waiting for?

My first comment would be don't believe the instructions that tell you it can be assembled in 20 minutes. It takes fully 2 hours or more with the tools provided. If you don't already have them I would suggest hex bits for a cordless drill/screwdriver or a ratcheting screwdriver. This should cut your time in half but not to 20 minutes. Most of the holes were drilled correctly and lined up with some pressure to align them so the assembly was fairly easy for anyone with a modest amount of skill with putting parts together.Overall the quality is about what you'd expect for the price. It has enough storage for lighter everyday garments, tee-shirts, underwear, and socks or children's clothing but it's not something that should be used to store bulkier items like heavy sweatshirts and/or sweaters. The drawers can only hold 10lbs of weight. It's not all that large but it is sturdy, well built, and braced so it should last for many years if well cared for.

Assembly was fairly easy. One minor snafu with a piece that needed to face a different direction, but you could not tell that from the pictures on the instruction manual. Looked great when put together. It is definitely lightweight compared to a wooden dresser so please use the pieces to secure to the wall as it can tip over easily especially on carpet. Final look was great.

The metal at the corners where U put the drawers in at is NOT GOOD. Created problems tearing the fabric. Drawers do not always slide in easily. I had to get the pliers to cut the metal corners off so that the drawers can slide in and out easier without cutting up the Francis drawers.

Great for the price, exactly the right size. It's definitely an upgrade from clear plastic bins! It will topple somewhat easily, so definitely put heavy things in the bottom and secure to a wall if you have kids.
