Great Light - Substantial Value
Amazing price, especially labeled "Energizer". I bought two for power out emergencies, along with a suppy of "D" batteries (already stocked like most people with AA and AAA) and I am quite pleased with the light output, light level options, USB port, and the secure screw on bottom - connection. Running on D batteries, these lights will work perfectly for stationary and mobile purposes. I am not sure how they work with only three AA bateries, but if one runs out of D's it is a great option. There is heft and stability in the units when loaded with the three D's. The light level choice and available nightlight for sleeping will allow conserving batteries and extending runtime (the claims are pretty impressive as it is).Serious value for the purpose they are needed.

Super Bright at low cost
Solid quality at low cost.Love the flexible of the lantern. It can be used with either batteries size of D or AA.Lantern can be adjusted as super bright, medium, or night light. Will purchase few more for Xmas presents.

Great 360-degree light source for power-outages or camping; lightweight & water resistant
Super easy to use. The LED light it gives off really projects in a helpful 360-degree way, so if you need it during a blackout or while camping, it'll really create a wide radius of light. You can put it in the middle of a space since it sends light out from all sides. It works on 2 types of batteries (AA and D) and its buttons are easy to see and use (the buttons glow int he dark in case you need to turn it on in the pitch black). It's also water-resistant and light-weight.

Good emergency light
While this isn't exactly what I was looking for, it will serve as an emergency light source when needed. I would pass it by in a store, as it's lighter in weight than I'd like. I read the dimensions but somehow it seemed small when I opened the box. The package fit in our mailbox. It's the good product for the price. Will go to very bright.

Dual batt capable
Best lantern I have ever owned.Small size is perfectDurable exterior. Rubberized along the bottom. No slipIt has a handle and a translucent square globe.Takes either 3 AA batts or 3 D batts.3 position switch.....low to high.Although this unit has a USB type C outlet, I can't speak to it being useful or not.

Nice Little Lantern
Mom's rec room lights went out & I purchased these little lanterns so the electrician could see to set up.It's a neat little light. It has a high setting, medium and nightlight. It's not like my 300amp Halogen work lamp nor is it supposed to be. However with the power out, this latern definitely lights the way. I particularly like that it takes either 3 'D' Batteries OR 3 'AA' Batteries. No matter which Batteries are in the house, as long as there are 3 of them of equal size I'm good to go.NOTE -- Please Do NOT use all 6 Batteries at once. The casing is hard plastic and should last a good while. I also set it high on a shelf so my Mom can see better at night without the ceiling light. It casts a soft bright light without yielding a blinding glare. It's definitely a Buy. Absolutely. Works well. Batteries load easily and seems to last a good while. The price is also nice.I bought two.My daughter likes that it's an Energizer. Probably subliminal comfort reminding them of the Flashlights we used on trips when they were younger & they played with the funny toy Energizer Bunny in the car.

OK for the cost but not what I would call "Weather-ready"
The media could not be loaded. What I liked:• Works with D cells or AA batteries, including NiMH rechargeable batteries.• Reasonable battery life. It runs on "High" for about six hours with AA rechargeable batteries.• Glow-in-the-dark buttons can make it easy to spot in the dark. The moon-glow light setting is even better.Issues:• There's no battery level indicator.• It's not what I would want to rely on during an emergency. Other lights, costing a little bit more, are more durable.Overall, this is somewhere between a toy and a decent light. We use it to provide extra light when we're eating outside at night, and my daughter uses it when she has friends over for a sleepover. However, for camping (and any potential emergencies) I prefer my Glocusent Survival Camping Lantern.
