I love this, i haven't had issues with this and i've had it for a year. To be honest, I havent used the UV light setting yet. However, it heats up towels within 45 minutes.

Nice and small but still holds alot. I love it. Gets hot fairly quick. Be careful taking out your cloths. This machine gets hot. Outside stays cool so no worries.

The media could not be loaded. It does not get hot. Go for one that get to 176 or higher. If your a professional it is not worth your money. If its for your home um sure

Great color. Works okay, my previous towel warmer from this manufacturer seemed to heat faster and to a higher temp. Wanted black, so purchased this one.

I'm a massage therapist and I bought another towel warmer and didn't really like it. I decided to give this one a try. Man, it's amazing. The added element of the LED, UV sanitizing lights are amazing. Plus they look really good in a darkened room. I especially like the fact that the cabbie is black. It fits the aesthetic of a dark massage room better than egg shell like most others are. This cabby is lightweight, and was easy to set up and start using. It comes with tongs for grabbing the towels out. While it gets the towels hot enough for use, I never find that I need the tongs. Which is perfect.

A good friend of mine put me on to this towel warmer, I didn't even know it was a thing! I am in love with this. I put my towels and my fuzzy socks in before my shower and come out and they're nice and toasty for me. Thats everything after a long hard day at work. It has hooks for smaller items. I love the design of it, not too big so it doesn't look tacky no matter where I put it. It fits beautifully in the corner of my bathroom. I love that it has a automatic timer on it which is awesome. Love the scent feature also that's a huge plus. I have already told a few of my friends about it that were in the dark like me, so I am sure that they are checking it out right now also. Absolutely worth every penny.

I’m hopeful that this towel warmer doesn’t get too hot…I’ll be back to update. Plugged in for 30 minutes and the exterior top is quite warm.But I’m giving it fewer starts because of the weight, it’s very light. So empty, when you open the door the cabinet slides around. And the protective film was impossible to remove completely, many of the seams still have frayed plastic. And the front sticker on the front was ridiculous. I soaked it off with windex, and then alternated windex and almond oil (oil breaks down adhesives) until it was gone. In a dark room the finish looks fine, in bright light, not so much.If the cabinet keeps a constant temperature, I’ll keep it. But it was a lot of work to get it to look ok. Probably took 30 minutes and 1/2 roll of paper towel.Plus the stickers on the back with the model number and appliance information…was on top of the protective film?!? So that’s garbage. Those stickers were probably meant to be on the appliance
