PREbiotics are just as important as PRObiotics
It is becoming obvious to health conscious people that PREbiotics are just as important as PRObiotics. I have a long history of congenital GI issues and surgeries, as well as boatloads of antibiotics to treat late stage chronic Lyme disease. I have always taken boatloads of PRObiotics with my antibiotics, but with very little beneficial results. Since I finally found Tummy Tamer, with its additional PREbiotics, I am starting to notice improvement in upper and lower GI issues; as well as a blessed reduction in the GI pain that has plagued me for so long. This is just my first bottle, so I don't want to "count my chickens". However, small things are looking up for the first time in a long time. I expect that with additional time, the good bacteria will work ever more of their magic and heal many many years worth of insult and damage.

Not good quality
Disappointed in the quality for the price, ive been on probiotics for 10+Years and these are not good quality

AWESOME!
This is an awesome product because it offers both pre and probiotics as they work best hand in hand. Reduces the bloating and breaksdown the foods I am unable to digest with the use of the digestive enzymes. I would not mind that the strength of the product be increased as my natural enzymes have been lost. For now, I will continue to use this product.

Seems to be working and is reasonably priced
I've been taking this for almost a month having read about the benefits of 'sporebiotics' over traditional probiotics. I am trying to heal 'leaky gut'and although I still have symptoms of that I do seem to be less gassy after meals since starting with the TummyTamer supplement. Already ordered a second bottle.
