unfortunately, the scrubber did not function after I charged it with the provided cable. But I contacted the seller and they were very cooperative and offered to send me a replacement. When the replacement arrived it easily charged with the provided cable and I was able to use it. I place a small drop of my Amazon basics face cleanser on the brush and it does a good job of cleaning my face. The brushes are soft and effective without hurting my skin. The skin on my face is, clean and glowing.Give this brush a try. You will be pleasantly surprised with the performance of this. Good and reliable seller. I was quite happy with their fast response to my communication and their fast solution to my issue with the product.thank you.

The scrubber works well and definitely holds a charge. But, if you’re looking for a vigorous scrub keep looking. The bristles on all the brushes are baby soft. Would not recommend if you’re a younger person with skin problems but for myself where I use it once a day on mature skin it beats using a hand scrubbie. Cleaning is a breeze. Heads just pop on &off for quick cleaning under running water & the case it comes in is great for keeping everything in one place while also looking stylish

I am in LOVE with this little gadget. I've had a few in the past, all just too "gentle" and worked too slow in my opinion, but this is just the BEST. It's fast, that silicone scrub attachment is incredible and invigorating and as soon as I finish writing this review I'm buying a second one for travel. Do not pass this up!

The power button is of low quality and has to be pressed several times to turn it on, off, or change to the higher setting. It definitely will not last. The battery also does not hold a large amount of power- we have another brand that uses 2 AA batteries that have lasted almost a year, while this needs to be recharged every week- which isn’t a big deal.

This item was purchased to replace a Clairsonic that is no longer made. I like it & there are several different kinds of brush heads. I don't believe there are any options for replacement heads though. It seems to be good quality.

The on button works when it wants to. I’m not entirely sure it’s water resistant like stated.
