Star Wars Child's Darth Vader Costume

We got this for my 5.5 year old. It fits him well, only a little long in the legs, I'll have to hem it. Otherwise, it's a good fit. Cape is very cheap and I see breaking soon.Mask is okay. You get what you pay for here. My son's main thing is all about the light saber, Which you have to purchase separate.Found some 50 cents gloves at the thrift store...and he's set. I can see him using this as a dress up costume throughout the year.

My mom bought the small for my 3 yr old and it was huge!!! They run very very big. We just pulled the one piece up and tied the belt and folded the fabric over the belt. Cant tell, at least he'll be able to wear it for the next few yrs. It is a great costume, bought it with the light saber and makes noise and lights up and the voice box. I will say I didnt find any smaller ones for the same price so I am still happy with my purchase. Oh gloves however, are my size adult size, those also sold seperately.

Not really well made but cost reflects quality. Still looks good and lasted through entire Halloween season. Lasted through several days of running and trick or treating. Can still wear next year with a few places to resew.

I bought the large for my almost 10 year old. He is very average size for his age. The suit is a bit long, but that's better than too short. He loves it. Wears it often. I have not had the same issues with quality as others have. I have washed this thing probably 10 times, and it shows no signs of fraying or seam spreading. My son plays outside in it, and wears it to bed sometimes... He's put some miles on it in the few months he's had it. It's a costume, so I assume it won't last forever. But as of yet, he loves playing in it. I'll update this when the seams start splitting, to give an idea of how long it lasted with "overuse."

Great look good fit to spec. The velcro piece broke off due to way they were attached but costume was great. Just buy you own way to secure costume closed on back and Cape to stay on when moving

Does your child have a desire to concure the universe? To walk down the streets to the imperial death march? Then this may be the costume for them. Sturdy, powerful, and a good price. Never seen a kid so proud to weild a lightsaber in my life. Now if we could just not death choke everyone.

Like most kids Halloween costumes these days, this outfit probably won't last long, but it is a very nice costume. I will state that it did not come with the attached shoe covers that it states it has in the product description. My son loves this costume and will be a very happy Vader under his mask. Oh, speaking of that, I also ordered a better mask which is good because the one that came with the costume is a little cheap looking and I would call it more 1/4 than 3/4 coverage. But overall, decent for what it is intended to be. As a side note, I ordered up a size after hearing that these cosumes ran on the snug side. The large turned out to be very long on my 7 yr old, but the correct size around the waist so I will probably just hem up the pants and call it a good fit.

The reason for the 5 stars is because of my 5 year old son's reaction when I gave it to him. He LOVED it!! He had been talking about being Darth Vader for Halloween this year so I shopped around a bit. I found one at the Disney store for $45 and was really tempted to get it. But I found this one that had decent reviews and was almost half the price. I figured he wouldn't care about all the details the other one had, he would just be happy to have it. And of course I was right!. He immediately ran to his room and put it on and he wore it all day. The mask is a little weird because there are big clear "windows" where his eyes are, kind of freaked me out at first, but no biggie. It will probably last him a while and I expect he will wear it many many times! And with the money I saved I was able to buy him a light saber to go with it!
