This toaster looks as great as the photos in person - but you definitely get the look over the function. We’ve been using it for a few months now and we love the aesthetic of the toaster (and matching kettle) in our new renovated kitchen but you can certainly find better function for less money.As others have posted, there isn’t a way to pop the toasted bread up to be grabbed by fingers so unless it’s a large piece of bread, frequently we’re sticking a fork or knife in to get the bread out. As for the toasting ability itself - it’s okay, not great. We have it set to max and generally have to go a second round (and pay close attention) to get that decent golden toast moment.Cleaning is pretty easy and we don’t have issue keeping the white white - not yet anyways. The pop out crumb trays are easy to use.I don’t think we’d buy this again but we don’t hate that we have it - especially now that we’reon new diets and bread is a special event occasion. If you like the look, go for it - but if you are looking for better function, you may want to look into something with a few more features. Happy toasting!

The toast / bagels sit too low in the toaster. To extract them you have to send your fingers on a dangerous mission to pull them out. Having singed a few too many times I unplugged and got a toaster where the top of the products are lifted out of the machine. It's a weird miss on a toaster this expensive. It's also massive.

Love the colour and style! Easy to clean

We purchased this toaster less than 8 months ago. It has always toasted unevenly, which we could deal with, but now some of the elements have already stopped working completely. Very disappointing.
