These knives are so light, you can barely feel them in your hand. The plastic handles feel and look cheap. The blades are super thin. But what can be expected for the price? I got what I paid for, but would never buy them again.Edit... I just used these knives to micro cut onion and garlic and they worked well, Maybe I judged too harshly?

I’ve been looking for good paring knives for a while and these knives are great! They are very sharp so handle with care. After having them for a few months they are still as shiny as they were the first day. I will recommend them to friends for sure, they were worth every penny!

A good pairing knife for my RV. VERY light but reasonably strong.

I have been using Solingen knives my whole life. I visited the town when I was in Germany. This set of knives is lower quality than what I have been accustomed to, and several broke within a few months after regular use.
